Tuscaloosa Academy Sending Six To AISA All-Star Game

Here's a look at who will represent Tuscaloosa Academy in the school's final run in the AISA All-Star football game.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — After finishing runner-up for a Class AAA AISA state championship during its last year before moving to the public school ranks, Tuscaloosa Academy football will send six seniors and its coach to compete this Saturday at Cramton Bowl in Montgomery for the AISA All-Star Game.

Coach Josh Wright, fresh off his first year leading the Knights' football program, will also be a coach for the AISA West squad. The Knights finished the season undefeated in region play on its way to a 7-5 overall record.

In addition to the football players and coach representing Tuscaloosa Academy in the all-star showcase, TA will also send senior cheerleader Lily Abernathy, who will perform as an AISA All-Star Cheerleader.
