"Wade has built his career in Tuscaloosa, and people here know him as someone who listens first, gives thoughtful guidance and stays close to his clients," said Chris Abele, Pinnacle's state leader for Alabama. "He is a proven local leader whose experience and relationships will help clients make financial decisions with confidence."

Dailey said the new position will allow him to continue working in the community where he has spent his career.

"Tuscaloosa is my home, and I've been fortunate to build my career alongside people and businesses that are deeply invested in this community," he said. "This role means a great deal to me because it gives me the opportunity to keep serving West Alabama with people who care about doing the right thing and helping clients reach their goals."

The appointment comes as Pinnacle expands its Tuscaloosa operations following its merger with Synovus earlier this year.

Blake Thrasher, who has led the Tuscaloosa market since 2024, will remain Tuscaloosa market president and continue overseeing the firm's commercial banking efforts in the area.
