Tuscaloosa Cancels 113 Parking Tickets Through School Supply Drive
The city says 113 parking tickets have been canceled after the city's annual school supply donation drive.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The City of Tuscaloosa on Tuesday announced that 113 parking tickets have been canceled after the city's annual school supply donation drive.

In total, 459 school supplies were donated and will be presented to Tuscaloosa City Schools students across the city.

The initiative ran through the month of August, allowing Tuscaloosa residents to pay off $18 overtime parking tickets with a donation of school supplies valued at $10.
