TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa City Schools (TCS) announced Monday afternoon that it will operate on a two-hour delay Tuesday, Jan. 27, due to weather conditions.

TCS says all schools will begin two hours later than their normal start times and transportation services will also run two hours later than usual.

Breakfast will still be served to students upon arrival.

TCS officials said the adjustment is intended to allow for safer travel conditions for students and staff.
