The West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force on Wednesday announced that 26-year-old Kwan Rolando Mettel Jones was arrested after investigators executed a search warrant at his Crabtree Road residence earlier in the morning.

The task force said the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office and TCSO SWAT team assisted in the execution of the search warrant.
Jones was booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail and is awaiting his bond to be set by a judge.

Task Force commander Captain Phil Simpson said the investigation is ongoing, with further charges possible.
