The Northport Career Tech Annex hosted a Career Technical Education Preview Day for 5th graders on Monday, November 15. The Northport Career Tech Annex, on the campus of Tuscaloosa County High School, serves students from Northside High, Sipsey Valley High, and Tuscaloosa County High School. Fifth grade students from all three high school feeder patterns attended the Preview Day, during which they got hands-on experience within career technical education pathways. The students were also able to interact with high school students, who are gaining career and college preparation through career technical education, as well as the instructors of the CTE courses.
