Tuscaloosa Investigators Arrest Suspected Rapist
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit said on Sunday that investigators have located and arrested a man suspected of rape.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit said on Sunday that investigators have located and arrested a man suspected of rape.

Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the multiagency unit, told local media Sunday morning that Emmanuel Ineh has been taken into custody and booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail on one count of first degree rape.

His bond had not been set as of the publication of this story.
"Investigations into reported sexual assaults are ongoing," Kennedy said after previously mentioning that there may be additional victims. "If anyone believes that they were a victim of a sexual assault by this subject, they are encouraged to contact the Violent Crimes Unit at (205) 464-8690."
