"The suspect had been a customer of the restaurant before the incident, and had been consuming alcohol," said Captain Jack Kennedy, the commander of the multi-agency unit.

Williams saw his bond set at $6,000 for the DUI and $15,000 for the five counts of assault.

Kennedy said the five individuals injured were treated at area hospitals for injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

He then said the investigation is ongoing and more charges may be brought or upgraded in the future.
