TUSCALOOSA, AL — A Tuscaloosa man has been jailed for possession of child pornography after a search warrant was carried out at his residence last month.

The West Alabama Human Trafficking Task Force says Michael Andrew Fisher Tubbs, 24, was arrested Thursday and charged with eight counts of possession of obscene material depicting persons under the age of 17 involved in obscene acts.

The charges came after investigators said illegal pornography was discovered on electronic devices belonging to Tubbs.
Tubbs was booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail, where his bond was set at $120,000. remained in the
Tuscaloosa County Jail Friday with bond set at $120,000.
