"Working for you, it’s crucial that I understand your concerns, hear your ideas, update you on projects and answer your questions," Maddox told city residents in his weekly Mayor's Minute. "Unlike traditional town hall meetings, there will be no speeches or presentations. Our town halls are come-and-go events, designed for individual or small group interactions. I want to talk with you and not at you. "
