There will be plenty of fun and candy next month for TPD's Halloween Carnival in Snow Hinton Park.
TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Police Department is set to host a family-friendly Halloween Carnival next month in Snow Hinton Park.

Held on Oct. 31, the free community event will start at 6 p.m. and conclude at 8 p.m.
