Tuscaloosa Police Respond To Stabbing At Brookhaven Apartments

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit and officers with the Tuscaloosa Police Department are investigating a stabbing at Brookhaven Apartments.

Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the multiagency unit, told local media on Monday that Tuscaloosa Police responded at approximately 7 a.m. to the 1300 Block of James I. Harrison Parkway after receiving a report of a stabbing.

Kennedy said a 41-year-old man was found with several non-life-threatening injuries shortly become the suspect — Notasha Little, 40 — was located and held by responding patrol officers.
Little was charged with second-degree assault and she was booked into the Tuscaloosa County Jail, where her bond was set at $5,000.
