Tuscaloosa Students Named National Merit Scholar Semifinalists

Here's a quick look at the students who will be competing for spots in one of the most prestigious scholarship programs in America.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Northridge High saw five of its students named semifinalists for the prestigious National Merit Scholarship, in addition to two others from Tuscaloosa County schools.

The semifinalists will now each compete for one of 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth approximately $30 million for the spring semester.
