Tuscaloosa Tourism & Sports Partners With Mentorship Group

Tuscaloosa Tourism & Sports has announced a partnership for future events with Mind Changers, Inc.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Tuscaloosa Tourism & Sports on Wednesday announced a partnership with Mind Changers, Inc. for multiple events in 2021.

Mind Changers works with children in need by providing mentorship, with the hope of setting each child on the right path in life by motivating, empowering and encouraging them. An expressed goal of the group is to challenge young men and women to be positive decision-makers and ultimately help facilitate the process that will shape them into successful and responsible adults.

"We could not be more excited to partner with Mr. Pelt and Mind Changers. This partnership will be so beneficial for us, but also Tuscaloosa as a whole," said TTS President and CEO Don Staley. "We want to continue to give back to our community and feel that this is a perfect way to do so."

Founder and CEO of Mind Changers Rodney Pelt Sr. thanked TTS for reaching out to the organization and using its platform to improve the community.
