Two Arrested In Tuscaloosa For Child Sex Abuse
The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit has arrested two men for child sexual abuse involving an extended family and several victims.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit has arrested two men for child sexual abuse involving an extended family and several victims.

Captain Jack Kennedy, commander of the multiagency unit, said Eric Cameron Englebert, 43, and Michael Ray Martin, 57, were both arrested and remained in the Tuscaloosa County Jail as of the publication of this story.

Martin was charged with one count of sexual abuse of a child younger than 12 years of age and his bond was set at $300,000. Engelbert is facing two counts of the child sex abuse charge, along with one count of sodomy.
Engelbert's bond was also set at $300,000.

Kennedy then said due to the nature of the assaults, the Violent Crimes Unit encourage anyone who may have been a victim of either of these men to contact investigators at (205) 464-8690.
