The University of Alabama this week announced that its homecoming parade will take a different route this year than in years past.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The University of Alabama this week announced that its homecoming parade will take a different route this year than in years past.

University officials said the parade will begin at 7 a.m. Saturday morning and exit the Coleman Coliseum parking lot going north on 2nd Avenue.

The parade will then take a left onto University Boulevard and ultimately end at 21st Avenue at Government Plaza.
