Arboretum: The arboretum will have regular hours. Enjoy the fall weather on the walking trails through a native woodland section, a wildflower garden, a collection of ornamental plants, an experimental garden and a children’s garden.

Collegiate Recovery and Intervention Services: Regular hours will continue; calling ahead for an appointment is recommended.
Counseling Center: Regular hours will continue; calling ahead for an appointment is recommended.
Museums: Museums will operate on regular schedules. Don’t miss Haunting at the Museum at both Gorgas House and Alabama Museum of Natural History. The Bryant Museum has unveiled its newest permanent exhibit, Breaking Barriers, which tells the story of Coach Bryant’s journey to integrate football throughout his career and showcases trailblazing Black players.
Parking: All safety rules and regulations apply as normal during fall break. Students should not park in faculty/staff or reserve surface lots. Commuters may park in any commuter zone during fall break. Residential may park in any non-gated residential zone during fall break.
Student Health Center and Pharmacy: Regular hours will continue.
University Medical Center: Regular hours will continue.
Art Galleries and Museums: All UA art galleries and and the Paul R. Jones Museum will be closed Oct. 28-29 for fall break, but will resume regular operating hours Oct. 30. Enjoy UA’s public sculpture at your leisure.
Bama Dining: Chick-fil-A and Starbucks will have adjusted hours in The University of Alabama Student Center. For more information on Bama Dining locations’ hours of operation, go to Bama Dining, select Hours and Menus.
Capstone Center for Student Success: The center will be open Oct. 27-29 from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., but no tutoring on those days. Visit the second and third floors of Russell Hall for study hall hours.
Crimson Ride: Crimson Ride will provide reduced service from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 28-29. All routes will run with a single bus except Rocket or Express routes that will not run. Apartment shuttles will have buses on standby; students should call 205-348-0121 to ride to the Crimson Ride Hub. There is no change to Saturday-Sunday service.
Libraries: Hoole Special Collections will continue normal hours of operation. Sanford Media Center and Bruno, Gorgas, McLure and Rodgers libraries have adjusted hours listed on the Calendar & Exceptions tab.
