The University of Alabama on Tuesday announced it will hold two fall commencement ceremonies on Saturday, Dec. 16, at Coleman Coliseum.

TUSCALOOSA, AL — The University of Alabama on Tuesday announced it will hold two fall commencement ceremonies on Saturday, Dec. 16, at Coleman Coliseum.

The first ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m. for the following schools: College of Communication and Information Sciences; the College of Education; the College of Engineering; the Culverhouse College of Business; and the UA School of Law

A second ceremony will be held at noon for the following schools: Capstone College of Nursing; the College of Arts and Sciences; the College of Human Environmental Sciences; the College of Community Health Sciences; and the School of Social Work.
UA says approximately 1,800 students are expected to graduate.
