TUSCALOOSA, AL — Multiple agencies responded to a mobile home fire in northern Tuscaloosa County Tuesday morning.

Carroll's Creek Fire Protection District said it responded to assist the Montgomery Volunteer Fire Department and Samantha Volunteer Fire Department in containing the fire on Harless Road off of Mormon Road.

When firefighters first arrived on the scene, heavy flames could be seen engulfing the trailer.

Carroll's Creek Fire Chief Keith Hamner told Patch the mobile home was unoccupied and there was no home owner at the scene when the different departments responded.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
