Visit Tuscaloosa Honors Local Hospitality Professionals

TUSCALOOSA, AL — Five Tuscaloosa-area hotel and hospitality professionals were honored last week as part of Visit Tuscaloosa's Tuscaloosa Tourism Bash at the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center.

Here's a look at the winners

Hotel General Manager of the Year: Chereé Slaten, regional director of operations for Triad Property Management.

Restaurant General Manager of the Year: Craig Williams, owner of The Avenue Pub and The Wine Market.

Hotel Sales Professional of the Year: Heather Dill, Embassy Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown.

Archibald-Williams Hospitality Trailblazers: Sandra Fincher, Housekeeper Extraordinaire at Holiday Inn Express & Suites University and Heide Patton — a night audit clerk for Travelodge Tuscaloosa.
