Waffle House Opens On Rose Boulevard In Northport
The soft opening will see the restaurant open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. until it is at full staffing.

The popular eatery held a soft opening Wednesday morning off of Rose Boulevard and was busy after opening its doors for the first time.

Northport Council President Jeff Hogg, who represents the district that includes the new Waffle House, said that due to not being at full staff yet, the opening will be daily from 7 a.m. — 3 p.m. until the restaurant is at full staff.
Waffle House projects to be fully operational by some time in early January.
