11 VHHS Students Named National Merit Semifinalists

The Vestavia Hills Board of Edication honored 11 Vestavia Hills High School students who were named National Merit Semifinalists.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL - Eleven Vestavia Hills High School students were named National Merit Semifinalists earlier this fall, and were recognized this week by the Vestavia Hills Board of Education. That total makes VHHS home to the third-highest number of National Merit Semifinalists in Alabama this year.

The students were named among just 16,000 Semifinalists nationwide, representing less than 1 percent of all students who took the National Merit Qualifying Test.
