Irondale Spa Moves To Cahaba Heights

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A day spa once located in Irondale has moved and opened in Cahaba Heights. The Retreat Day Spa opened recently at 3920 Crosshaven Drive.

A Birmingham Business Journal report said the Cahaba Heights store has more space for clients and practitioners than the previous Irondale location. The spa has four massage rooms as well as a relaxation room.

Run by owner Jill Copeland, the spa is open from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday; 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
