Liberty Park Completes Sale Of 50 Acres
A Birmingham company has acquired more than 50 acres of undeveloped land in Liberty Park.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — A Birmingham company has purchased more than 50 acres of undeveloped land in Liberty Park for $4 million. Liberty Park Joint Venture LLP agreed to sell the land to 8844 Project LLC, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
The property is located at 8060, 9000, 9092 and 11000 Liberty Parkway and 3779 Corporate Woods Drive, directly across the street from the Encompass Health Corp.
