Suspect Arrested In Cahaba Heights Burglary
John Mark Peterson is in custody and is charged with a burglary in Cahaba Heights last week.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL - A suspect in the burglary of a Cahaba Heights home last week has been arrested. Vestavia Hills PD issued a Burglary 2nd warrant on John Mark Peterson, 26, of Birmingham in connection with the October 18 burglary.
"Thanks to alert citizens giving vital information the Vestavia Patrol Division and Criminal Investigation Division were able to make an arrest and recover some stolen property that same afternoon," the VHPD announced via social media.
