Vestavia FBLA Students Excel At State Conference
The VHHS Future Business Leaders of America attended the state FBLS conference April 11-12.

BIRMINGHAM, AL - Vestavia Hills High School organizations have been piling up accolades in this school year. This past weekend just added to the trophy case as the VHHS Future Business Leaders of America attended the state conference and came away with more hardware.
Students attended various leadership workshops, networked with other students and business professionals, and competed in events against 2,000 other Alabama FBLA members from across the state.
Max Velasco placed first in Accounting I; Kendall Tucker placed first in Accounting II; Walter Zhang placed first in Economics; Hanna Sha placed first in Introduction to Business Communication; Ricky Dong placed first in Introduction to Financial Math; Mabel Lyu placed third in Economics; Allison DelFavero placed third in Help Desk; Annabelle Bridges placed fourth in Global Business; Tuc Wilson placed fourth in Securities and Investments.
