Vestavia Hills Board Of Education Names New President
Lisa Baker will serve as the next president of the Vestavia Hills Board of Education, replacing outgoing president David Powell.
VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The Vestavia Hills Board of Education has named a new president, as Lisa Baker replaces outgoing president David Powell. A report from the Vestavia Voice said Baker will preside over her first meeting in June.
Scott Brown will take Powell’s spot on the board, the Vestavia Voice said. board members and Superintendent Todd Freeman thanked Powell for his years of service.
