Vestavia Library Ranked one of Best in Metro
In a ranking of the best public libraries in the Birmingham metro area, the Vestavia Hills Library ranked second.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL - Ina recent ranking of the best libraries in the Birmingham-Hoover metropilitan area, the Vestavia Hills library ranked No.2, trailing only the main office of the Birmingham Public Library in downtown Birmingham.
The list, which was comprised by Yelp, was compiled using customer rankings of libraries throughout Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair and Walker counties. Some of the virtues of the Vestavia library, as listed by customers, were the customer service, the knowledge of the librarians and the fact that the Vestavia library is quiet and therefore a great place to study. The full rankings included Homewood Library (No. 3), Emmet O'Neal Library (No.4) and the Hoobver Public Library (No.5).
