VHHS Habitat For Humanity Receives $11K Donation
The Vestavia Hills High School homecoming dance raised more than $11,000 for Habitat for Humanity.

VESTAVIA HILLS, AL - Homecoming at any high school is full of all kinds of pageantry - a parade, pep rally, the crowning of the homecoming court, a school dance, and in Vestavia Hills High School's case, a huge donation to a non-profit.
The homecoming dance at Vestavia Hills High School raised more than $11,000 for Habitat for Humanity this year - $11,167.31, to be exact, and it could not have been achieved without the tireless efforts of some VHHS students.
Kellyn Murch, Julia Altamirano, SK Gray and Arden Plugge worked tirelessly putting together the fundraiser, and were able to present the funds to Habitat last week.
