- According to the latest figures, the unemployment rate in Anchorage has been improving! The latest figures for the unemployment rate were released last year in Nov. While it has increased from the previous Oct., the rate is still lower than what it was after the pandemic first struck. (Anchorage Patch)
- The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority board of trustees have announced their new CEO Steve Williams. Previously, Williams was the Trust’s Chief Operating Officer. He held that role for 16 years. Everyone is excited to see what he will do as CEO. (Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman)
- The trailblazing stand-up comic Mike Glazer is going to be back at Koot's for another 420-friendly show. Glazer has really branded himself as a weed driven comedian. If you are interested, you should definitely go check out his show and past work! (Anchorage Press)
