In case you haven't signed up yet, the Seawolf Synergy Social Group program is officially launching Feb. 1!

Thanks to the enthusiastic responses we received from the interest form last semester,
we're starting this initial launch with the most popular groups identified from your
responses:

Our group co-leaders have been working together to plan some fun ways to provide opportunities
for community-building among UAA employees and to help develop a sense of connectedness.
Things you can look forward to:

Sign up for the Seawolf Synergy Social Groups!

Also, an Affinity Group program is coming soon. Many thanks to everyone who participated in the call for interest in the social groups
last semester. Your feedback helped shape the new program. In the survey responses,
several suggestions were offered regarding the creation of affinity groups in addition
to the social groups that are launching next week.

Your ideas were heard and there is an update to share! Chief Diversity Officer, Jennifer
Booz, is already working to develop a program that will provide opportunities for
staff who identify with various groups to come together to provide support, programming,
and offer educational opportunities for the campus community. Seawolf Synergy is excited
to be a collaborator and supporter of this upcoming program!
