• Troopers end search for man knocked overboard in Kasilof River (kbbi.org) — Search efforts have been suspended for 67-year-old Kasilof resident Charles Nikolas, who was knocked from a boat into the Kasilof River on Sunday after hitting a river obstacle. Multiple agencies searched by boat, air, and along the banks through Monday, and troopers say they will only resume active efforts if new leads or sightings emerge.
