• Kenai woman charged for attack that nearly severed woman's nose (peninsulaclarion.com) — A Kenai woman has been charged with two counts of first-degree assault after an incident in Soldotna in which another woman suffered a severe knife wound to her nose and an additional stab wound to her back. Investigators say the suspect and another person were later detained in Kenai and taken to Wildwood Pretrial Facility, and all allegations remain unproven in court.
