• Pilot helps fly injured, dehydrated seal pups from remote Alaska coast for recovery (ktuu.com) — A Seward pilot and his wife helped fly two injured, dehydrated harbor seal pups nearly 300 miles to the Alaska SeaLife Center for emergency care, highlighting the town’s key role in marine animal rescue. Center staff are stabilizing both pups and reminding residents to give seal pups plenty of space and call the hotline if they see distressed wildlife.
