• Soldotna to consider half-percent sales tax bump for city projects (kdll.org) — Soldotna officials are weighing a half-percent sales tax increase that would start in 2027 and raise an estimated $1.7 million annually for city projects. With about $9 million in work needed at the Soldotna Regional Sports Complex and other infrastructure demands, the council will introduce the ordinance Wednesday, with a public hearing and final vote expected next month.
