Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse Hosts Keenan Wine Dinner NOV. 5

On Wednesday, Nov. 5, Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse is pleased to host an exclusive wine pairing dinner featuring a delectable five-course meal and presentation by Michael Keenan, winemaker and owner of Keenan Winery, which is located in the Spring Mountain District of Napa Valley.

Menu and pairings are as follows:

First course: Lobster mac and cheese featuring lobster tail meat, creamy cheese blend and panko

Pairing: 2022 Keenan Chardonnay, Spring Mountain District Estate

Second course: Braised short rib with Yukon mashed potatoes, broccoli and beef demi-glace

Pairing: 2021 Keenan Merlot, Napa Valley

Third course: Lamb chop lollipop with golden beet puree, green beans and cherry reduction

Pairing: 2021 Keenan Zinfandel, Napa Valley

Fourth course: Prime baseball sirloin with herb cheese risotto and brussels sprouts

Pairing: 2021 Keenan Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley

Dessert: Lemon meringue tart
