“A Night in Wine Country” Dinner at Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse Hedges Family Estate NOV. 11

The popular “A Night in Wine Country” series continues this November at Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse with special guest Tom Hedges of the Hedges Family Estate. The exclusive pairing dinner takes place on Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 6 p.m. Menu and pairings are as follows:

First Course: Grilled Tiger Prawns with pesto sauce, paired with 2024 CMS Sauvignon Blanc, Columbia Valley

Second Course: Grilled Atlantic Salmon with mushroom purée and grilled asparagus, paired with 2020 Descendents Liégeois Dupont Syrah, Red Mountain

Third Course: Roasted Pork Loin with mashed potatoes, broccolini, rosemary figs and blackberry reduction, paired with 2022 Hedges Estate Red Blend, Red Mountain

Fourth Course: Prime New York Strip with succotash and garlic-basil compound butter, paired with 2023 Hedges Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Mountain

Dessert Course: House-made Pumpkin Pie
