Environmental advocates say Ohio’s violations should warn Arizona officials as they review permits for the Eloy project, which could impact local air quality and community health.
   

• As Montana moves inmates to a prison in Mississippi, families worry about losing contact (nbcmontana.com) — Families of Montana prisoners currently held in a private facility in Eloy should know the state is ending that contract and shifting all out-of-state inmates to Mississippi.
