Today's riddle: What is the difference between black eyed peas and chick peas? 🤔 (Answer below!)
1. Woman Critically Injured in Phoenix Four-Vehicle Crash on 47th Avenue (pacificattorneygroup.com) — A four-vehicle crash at 47th Avenue and Indian School Road in west Phoenix left a woman with life-threatening injuries and shut the intersection through the night into Tuesday morning. Police arrested 26-year-old Joey Lopez on suspicion of DUI, and the Vehicular Crimes Unit is investigating while drivers are urged to continue using alternate routes around the area.
2. Arizona Lottery Mega Millions, Pick 3 Evening results for Sept. 15, 2026 (azcentral.com) — Phoenix lottery players can now check the Sept. 15 Mega Millions, Pick 3, Fantasy 5, and Triple Twist results and see exactly where to claim any winnings in town. The article lists Phoenix office addresses, hours, and prize limits, plus mailing instructions, so local winners know how to cash in safely and correctly.
3. Arizona corrections officer arrested in Mexico; $10,000 door kick in Phoenix (fox10phoenix.com) — Several recent incidents around Phoenix include a serious crash off I-10 on University Drive and a north Phoenix homeowner dealing with costly damage after teens allegedly kicked in her double doors. The roundup also covers an Arizona corrections officer's arrest in Mexico, a Clean Elections education debate, a major sentencing, and heavy rain moving across the state.
4. Arizona homeowners get new protections against HOAs (azfamily.com) — New Arizona laws now give homeowners, including many in Phoenix, added protections when dealing with HOA fees, fines, and disclosures. A Phoenix attorney who represents residents in HOA disputes says the changes should help, but argues more limits on excessive collection charges are still needed to keep people out of foreclosure.
