In recognition of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, Cancer Support Community Arizona (CSCAZ) will host a free educational workshop featuring Dr. Ajay Bhatnagar, a nationally recognized interventional radiation oncologist and expert in prostate LDR brachytherapy. Dr. Bhatnagar will discuss prostate cancer symptoms, treatment options and potential long-term side effects, while sharing insights from his clinical experience and research.
The workshop is designed for prostate cancer patients, caregivers and anyone interested in learning more about the disease and available treatment options. Register and attend in person at CSCAZ Phoenix (360 E. Palm Lane,) or join virtually via Zoom from anywhere in Arizona. Northern Arizona participants may also gather at the organization's Flagstaff location, (914 N. San Francisco St), to attend the presentation together.
