This video is the first in a series exploring the pedestrian bridges that have been designed through artist/engineer collaborations commissioned by the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture Public Art Program and Street Transportation Department. It features the Ed Pastor Pedestrian Bridge and Isaac Streetscape, on McDowell Road between 32nd and 35th avenues.
