Fire Restrictions to Know
Phoenix has implemented Stage 1 Fire Restrictions due to elevated fire danger heading into the holiday. That means all consumer fireworks are banned within one mile of mountain preserves, desert parks, regional parks, conservation areas, national forests and wilderness areas.
The restrictions follow a push by the city's Fireworks Safety Task Force, created after a spike in fireworks complaints and emergency calls during the 2024 holiday season.
