Phoenix Piano Teacher, Husband Arrested on Child Porn Charges
Cesar Ferrari and his husband were arrested for searching for, downloading, and viewing images.
A piano teacher in Phoenix and his husband were arrested on child pornography charges on Tuesday, according to officials. The teacher, 45-year-old Cesar Ferrari, and his husband, 36-year-old Thomas Rowan, were booked on nearly a dozen counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators from the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a warrant at their home near 12th and Peoria Avenues. (Subscribe to local news alerts on Patch).
They recovered a tablet that contained numerous images of children - some as young as infants - performing sexual acts.

Ferrari teaches piano to children younger than ten and police say that he admitted touching some inappropriately.
Both are being held on $50,000 bond.
