Phoenix St. Patrick's Day: Parades And More To Do This Weekend
From the parade and faire downtown to making your own cupcake treat at the Children's Museum, there's plenty to do this weekend.

PHOENIX, AZ – Phoenix may not be the most Irish of cities but the city will be getting its green on this weekend for annual St. Patrick's Day. Parades and Scotch tastings, and a fair are just a few of the offerings this weekend.
HERE ARE FIVE THINGS TO DO FOR ST. PATRICK'S DAY WEEKEND:
1. The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade & Faire of Phoenix gets underway with the parade at 10 a.m. at 3rd Street and Sheridan and through the streets of downtown. There will be marching bands, floats, and entertainers. That's followed by the Faire at the Irish Cultural Center at Hance Park. Here for more information.

2. Phoenix Shamrock Half Marathon/10K/5K take place on Sunday starting at 8 a.m. t Tempe Town Lake-North Linear Park in Tempe. And don't forget the Little Leprechaun. Run over here for all the details.
3. Tim Riordan's Dining Room Table at the Riordan Mansion State Historic Park is hosting a Whiskey tasting on Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. through 7:30 p.m.. They say that each session is priced accordingly and based on the quality of whiskey in which you drink. You can find details here.

4. Head on over to Fountain Hills for the Fountain O'Green Artisan Market, which runs 10 a.m. through 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Music. Arts. Crafts. Food. And, of course, the greening of the Fountain. The details are here.
