River Fire Burning 110 Acres South Of Coolidge

No structures are threatened, according to the Forestry Department.

COOLIDGE, AZ – A wildfire burning south of Coolidge grew to 110 acres from 25 acres overnight.Around 80 firefighters are battling what the Department of Forestry and Fire Management has labeled, "The River Fire."

The fire, which is burning in salt cedar and vegetation, is not yet threatening any structures.

The department says smoke is visible beyond Coolidge - into Eloy and other parts of Pinal County – and could spread.
