Ride to the Hondo: Creek Bash Rodeo Is the Second Stop on the Road to Hondo (cowboylifestylenetwork.com) โ Queen Creek is about to host the Creek Bash Rodeo at Horseshoe Park & Equestrian Centre on September 18โ19, bringing two nights of rodeo, freestyle motocross, food, and family activities. As the second stop on the Ride to the Hondo Rodeo Fest, locals can enjoy Western culture, enter to win Hondo tickets, snag exclusive merchandise, and access special discounted pricing available only to attendees.

3. ABC15 2nd Chance Bike Drive Expands This Year to Include Food Donations (catholicsun.org) โ Queen Creek residents can support St. Vincent de Paul all September by dropping off new or gently used bikes and nonperishable food at Earnhardt Chevrolet or Earnhardt Queen Creek CDJR on Ellsworth Road. Donations will be refurbished through SVdPโs Bike Shop or distributed through its hunger relief programs, helping low-income families across northern and central Arizona with transportation and daily meals.

4. Energy Transition Comes Home: Next-Gen Electrification Manufacturing Expanding in the U.S. (energytech.com) โ Queen Creek is slated to get a massive new LG EV battery manufacturing facility, planned to span more than 1.4 million square feet on a 109-acre site. This project is part of a broader national push to expand domestic clean-energy manufacturing, alongside large solar and battery plants in Michigan, Georgia, and Texas that aim to strengthen U.S. energy independence and grid reliability.
