• Residents reporting bear sightings in GV and Sahuarita (tncontentexchange.com) — A bear has been spotted multiple times this week in Rancho Sahuarita and nearby Green Valley neighborhoods, prompting a response from Sahuarita police and Arizona Game and Fish officers. Officials say the juvenile bear isn’t considered a public safety threat yet, but they’re urging Sahuarita residents to report sightings immediately and avoid leaving food outside that could attract wildlife. 
• Rehoming a Pet (pima.gov) — If you live in Sahuarita and must rehome a pet, you’ll need to work with the Humane Society of Southern Arizona rather than PACC, which only accepts Pima County owner surrenders.
