Scottsdale parents say district undercounted school capacity in closure recommendation (abc15.com) — Laguna Prep parents in Scottsdale are challenging the district's data behind a proposal that could close their school, arguing officials undercounted its capacity by more than 200 students. With multiple north Scottsdale schools facing possible closure, the board will hold a public hearing Sept. 22 and could decide as soon as Oct. 6, affecting where many local children will attend class next year.
