
Seafood lovers will be hooked on Chula Seafood’s new monthly specials. With the arrival of May comes all-new, fresh-caught specials at each Chula Seafood location. The following specials are now available:
Rosie, South Scottsdale
Ginger Sesame Noodle Bowl $22-$32, depending on bowl size
Rice noodles in a tangy ginger sesame dressing with cucumbers, carrots, edamame, baby bok choy, jangajji pickles, and choice of ahi or salmon. This dish is finished with miso vinaigrette, scallions, white onion and toasted sesame seeds.
Uptown Phoenix
Red Crab Ravioli, $36
Ravioli filled with red crab, ricotta con latte, fresh basil and mint, served over a creamy pea purée and garnished with sautéed peas, roasted cipollini onions, lemon butter and Grana Padano.
In addition to this dish, guests can raise a glass to the new cocktail of the month. The Irish Ginger Lemonade features Jameson Irish Whiskey, ginger purée, fresh lemon juice, a splash of club soda and is garnished with a lemon twist.
Grayhawk, North Scottsdale
Watermelon Avocado Poke Salad $21-$28, depending on bowl size and protein selection (or no protein)
Diced watermelon, avocado and baby gem lettuce tossed in a tamari vinaigrette and topped with yellowfin tuna poke and finished with cilantro, radish sprouts, serrano chiles, sesame seed, sesame oil and masago.
