Chef Nigel J Lobo will bring the reimagined regional flavors of INDIBAR to the Uchi kitchen. An award-winning chef and James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Restaurant, Nigel is known for blending modern technique with cultural depth. Guests can expect a contemporary Indian-Japanesse fusion menu that honors traditional roots while pushing the boundaries of modern hospitality.
